Mission
Our mission is to bring awareness to the community regarding child safety, and provide support to the families of those taken at the hands of another.

General Information
Your donation will provide seed money to launch our safety awareness program in elementary schools throughout
San Diego county.

What Has Come From Their Loss:
March 27th, 1993 Jonathan Sellers - 9 yrs old, and Charlie Keevers- 13 yrs old, were kidnapped, molested and murdered while riding their bicycles. This horrific tragedy sent shock waves through the county and since then, Milena Phillips
(Jonathan's mother) has proactively involved herself in the community and worked with the county to build an outdoor educational center in Imperial Beach, CA. Equipped with climbing rocks and telescopes to view wildlife, children now have a beautiful and safe place to play.

How We Plan To Make A Difference Locally:
Daniel and Ayla hope to bring awareness to their local community of the Rogue Valley on the subject of bicycle safety for children not only in the area of bicycle mechanics and safety of the road way, but on how to defend themselves against angry/startled dogs, aggressive drivers, and possible predators who may try to lure them away from their bicycle. While there are no current plans to start up a local safety program, the two are confident that the community will respond in a positive and supporting way to the cause they are riding for which may lead to the creation of a local program for children's defensive bicycle safety.
